*Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, this job is currently 75% work from home.  It also requires face-to-face interactions during a monthly office rotation and for on-site emergencies.*

 

Position Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for providing staff and end users with problem solving via phone, web, and in-person channels. Responds and communicates promptly and responsively to end-users. Additionally this position supports and enhances the overall IT services across multiple sites and specializations including hardware maintenance and upgrades, network related issues, application support, enforcing IT policies, and maintaining the highest possible level of customer service and security.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in computer science, experience working in a helpdesk or technology support department, with a proven track record of success may be considered in place of a degree. Certifications in A+, Network+, or related fields are preferred. Certifications in project management are preferred.
